Are gum dealers in contrl of ORRJHS? According to sources inside the school a conflict between gangs over territory is disrupting classes, scaring kids, and driving away quality teachers. "Gum is chewing up our kids, and what are we going to do about it?" asks a local author. |

SCF Host Che Rains Arrested
Popular news pesonality Che Rains was arested at Old Rochester Reginal JHS allegedly for promoting pro-gum propaganda. Officer Walter Chewboe was quoted as saying, "she will have to live in a small cel wearing one of those stupid orange jumpsuits." Officer Chewboe then pulled out his handcuffs and waved them menacingly at this reporter and (cont'd on pg 156). |

Sit-In Protest Pops Principal's Bubble
Pro-Gum advocate Luna Eclipse held a sit-in Thursday in the principal's office. When the principal tried to put an end to the protest Eclipse confronted him insisting that he would never burst her bubble, then chewing in uncomfortable proximity to his face. She was given detention and is in the process of planning a massive retaliatory protest. |

School Disciplinarian Denies Any Problems Jim Gadbois denies the presence of gangs or gum chewing at all at ORRJHS saying that the idea of gangs promegating violence and gum chewing is ridiculous. "Our students don't chew gum, they know it's against the rules. Why would they chew gum? We have good kids here." |

There have been numerous reports recently of hall monitors on gum duty overreaching their mandated roles. When asked one officer consulted his notebook, gave me a blank stare, consulted is notebook again, looked bewildered, then knocked the camera out of my grasp.

Student Molly Sue Ledger developed a far reaching program to help get kids off the gum. Ledger, sister of the "Orbit Gum Girl", is trying to save the world one addict at a time.
